"THE ROBIN WILLIAMS CHALLENGE"
Forty-two years ago, Robin told me he thought I should quit teaching because he thought I could succeed as a professional comedienne. But comedy was my avocation, not my vocation. After I retired from teaching, I "Robin Williams Challenge", testing his "thesis", to see how much material I could create in a year. (an hour and 30 minutes). But then, COVID hit, and I loss the opportunity to refine or revise old material or develop new material. In order not to forget what I have created, and allow me to create new material, I built a "comedy studio" in my garage, affectionately called "Garage Comedy" where I perform in front of a comedy "fan wall", a "virtual audience, pictures of my loyal friends. At my age, this is my replacement for Prevegen...a way to remember my work.
